Refund Policy
Effective: current calendar year
1. Scope
This Refund Policy governs the 300 EUR fee charged for the Comprehensive Corporate Consultation & Compliance Audit and any subsequent advisory engagement entered into with jobcenter.buzz. By remitting payment, the client expressly acknowledges and accepts the terms set forth herein.
2. Fourteen-Day Withdrawal Right
Clients are entitled to request a full refund of the 300 EUR fee within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original transaction date, provided that the consultation session has not commenced and no portion of the compliance audit has been performed.
The fourteen-day period begins on the date upon which the payment is successfully captured by the processing gateway and concludes at 23:59 Central European Time on the fourteenth day thereafter.
3. Conditions Under Which Refunds Are Not Available
- The 75-minute strategy session has been commenced, irrespective of duration utilized.
- Any portion of the written compliance report or legal path blueprint has been initiated.
- Pre-screening of background documentation has been conducted by advisory personnel.
- The fourteen-day withdrawal window has elapsed.
- The fee has already been credited against a subsequent statement of work.
4. Refund Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@jobcenter.buzz from the business email used during engagement. The request must include the transaction reference and a brief statement of cause. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment instrument within ten (10) business days of approval. Foreign-exchange and gateway-level differentials are not subject to compensation.
5. Chargebacks
Clients are requested to address all refund matters through the procedure above prior to initiating any chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may, at the discretion of the firm, result in termination of the engagement and recovery of the disputed sums together with associated processing costs.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and is to be construed consistently with the Polish Civil Code and applicable consumer protection statutes.
