Terms & Conditions

jobcenter.buzz (hereinafter, the "Practice") is a corporate advisory undertaking specializing in commercial registration, EU mobility instruments, and regulatory alignment. The Practice operates strictly under the corporate jurisdiction of the Republic of Poland and the European Union acquis applicable thereto.

The Practice provides advisory, documentary, and procedural support relating to: incorporation of Polish limited liability companies; processing of EU Blue Card applications; preparation of Karta Pobytu dossiers; and comprehensive corporate relocation audits. The Practice does not engage in lobbying, does not represent clients in adversarial proceedings, and does not undertake activities reserved by statute to advocates or notaries except in coordination with duly licensed counsel.

An engagement is formed upon (i) acceptance by the client of the engagement letter or order confirmation, and (ii) receipt by the Practice of the corresponding fee. All engagements are subject to a conflicts and compliance check; the Practice reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.

The client expressly acknowledges that the issuance of any permit, registration, or authorization is within the exclusive discretion of the competent Polish or EU authority. The Practice does not warrant, guarantee, or otherwise represent that any application will result in a favorable outcome. The Practice's obligation is one of professional diligence in the structuring and submission of files, not of result.

Fees are denominated in Euro (EUR) and are payable through the secure payment gateway designated by the Practice. The 300 EUR Comprehensive Corporate Consultation & Compliance Audit is a fixed-fee engagement governed by the Refund Policy. Subsequent mandates are scoped and quoted individually in a separate statement of work.

The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, to deliver requested documentation in a timely manner, and to refrain from any misrepresentation to the Practice or to the competent authorities. The Practice is entitled to suspend or terminate the engagement where any of the foregoing is materially breached.

All client information is treated as confidential and is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Disclosure is limited to (i) personnel of the Practice on a need-to-know basis, (ii) duly licensed counsel coordinating on the engagement, and (iii) where compelled by law or regulatory order.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Practice in respect of any engagement shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client to the Practice in respect of that engagement. The Practice excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts having territorial jurisdiction over the Practice's place of operation, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.
